Returns

You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving any reason. After cancellation you have another 14 days to return your product. You will then be credited with the full order amount including shipping costs. Only the costs for returning your home to the online store are at your own expense. If you exercise your right of withdrawal, the product will be returned to Arrigo with all accessories supplied and - if reasonably possible - in the original condition and packaging with invoice. We will then refund the order amount due within 14 days after registration of your return, provided the product has already been returned in good order.

Please include your name, address and order number in the return package.

All orders from €50 at Arrigo Lederwaren receive free home delivery in the Netherlands and Belgium.

We do charge shipping costs for orders outside the Netherlands and Belgium.

Guarantee

We provide a 1-year warranty on our products with the exception of handles, shoulder straps, zippers and stitching.
